The space has soaring ceilings, is sunny and is wired to the max! About 44 people may occupy the room comfortably.
The official grand opening celebration is expected sometime in mid-March. Those of us involved in conceptualizing this space–Dr. Celine Pinet, Dr. Michelle Donohue-Mendoza, and I, Dr. Dulce Maria Gray–are thrilled to finally see the project completed. Now we look forward to many years of hosting activities and learning opportunities that highlight the importance of Global Citizenship precepts.
Dr. Michelle Donohue-Mendoza, the Director of Student Activities and Campus Center, has worked tirelessly in creating this amazing new space for Global Citizenship, and in overseeing the massive renovation of the entire Campus Center building.
